Take One Dashboard — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Take One Dashboard ("the Dashboard") is a private tool run by Take One Music 鐵碗音樂 ("we", "us"). It is used only by the owner of Take One Music to look after the company's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and has no sign-up. This policy explains what information the Dashboard accesses, how it is used, stored and shared, and how to revoke access.

2. Information we access

When the owner signs in with Google and agrees, the Dashboard receives a sign-in token (OAuth token) for the owner's Google account and, through the YouTube Data API, accesses:

  • the statistics of the owner's own YouTube channel;
  • the list of the channel's videos (title, date, view count, privacy status).

The permission requested is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl. We do not collect any other personal information, and we never receive or store the owner's Google or YouTube password.

3. How we use the information

Only to show the channel's statistics and video list to the owner, and to upload a video to the owner's channel as Private when the owner presses the upload button. A video is made public only when the owner approves that video. We use the information for nothing else, including advertising.

4. Storage, retention and security

The information and the sign-in token are stored only on computers owned by Take One Music. The sign-in token is kept until the owner revokes access. When access is revoked, the token and any stored YouTube information are deleted.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share or transfer this information to anyone. No third party serves content or advertisements through the Dashboard.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. We do not allow any third party to place or read cookies or similar technology through the Dashboard.

7. YouTube API Services and Google

The Dashboard uses YouTube API Services. By using the Dashboard you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

Take One Dashboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Your choices: revoke access and delete data

In addition to our normal procedure for deleting stored data, you can revoke the Dashboard's access to your data at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

After that the Dashboard can no longer read or upload anything. To ask us to delete stored data, write to info@takeonemusic.com and we will delete it as soon as possible. Deleting the data stored by the Dashboard does not affect your videos or any other data stored by YouTube.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and ask for the owner's consent again before using the data in the new way.

Take One Dashboard（以下稱「本工具」）是鐵碗音樂 Take One Music（以下稱「我們」）自己使用的私人工具，僅供鐵碗音樂的擁有者管理公司自己的 YouTube 頻道。本工具不對外提供，也沒有註冊功能。本政策說明本工具會存取哪些資訊、如何使用、儲存與分享，以及如何撤銷授權。

2. 我們存取的資訊

擁有者以 Google 帳號登入並同意授權後，本工具會取得該帳號的登入權杖（OAuth token），並透過 YouTube Data API 存取：

  • 擁有者自己 YouTube 頻道的統計數據；
  • 頻道的影片清單（標題、日期、觀看次數、公開狀態）。

所要求的權限（OAuth scope）為 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl。我們不收集其他個人資料，也不會取得或儲存擁有者的 Google 或 YouTube 密碼。

3. 如何使用這些資訊

僅用於向擁有者顯示頻道統計與影片清單，以及在擁有者按下上傳按鈕時，將影片以「不公開」狀態上傳到擁有者自己的頻道。只有擁有者另外核准某一支影片時，該影片才會改為公開。我們不會把這些資訊用於其他用途，包括廣告。

4. 儲存、保存期間與安全

這些資訊與登入權杖只儲存在鐵碗音樂自己的電腦上。登入權杖會保存到擁有者撤銷授權為止；授權被撤銷後，權杖與已儲存的 YouTube 資訊即予刪除。

5. 分享

我們不會販售、出租、分享或轉讓這些資訊給任何人。任何第三方也不會透過本工具投放內容或廣告。

6. Cookie

本網站不設定 cookie，也不使用分析或廣告工具。我們不允許任何第三方透過本工具放置或讀取 cookie 或類似技術。

7. YouTube API 服務與 Google

本工具使用 YouTube API 服務。使用本工具即表示您同意受 YouTube 服務條款拘束：https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

8. 您的選擇：撤銷授權與刪除資料

撤銷後，本工具即無法再讀取或上傳任何內容。如需要求我們刪除已儲存的資料，請來信 info@takeonemusic.com，我們會盡快刪除。刪除本工具所儲存的資料，不會影響您在 YouTube 上的影片或 YouTube 儲存的其他資料。

9. 政策變更

我們可能更新本政策，上方日期為最新版本的日期。若我們改變使用 Google 使用者資料的方式，會先更新本政策，並再次取得擁有者的同意後，才以新的方式使用該資料。
